I have a DOA, how do I get a reship?

  1. Take a photo of the item(s) you want replaced. Be sure and get the use by date written on the back label and the unopened product lid in your shot.
  2. Visit AlgaeBarn Claims form from your phone, tablet, or computer and submit the form to us.
  3. Go enjoy your fish tank while we review your claim.

This information is also present on the box lid (blue AlgaeBarn boxes) or Red sticker included in every shipment for your convenience.
