I have a DOA, how do I get a reship?

We make it simple to request a free replacement of any items you are not happy with. Here's how:

  1. Take a photo of the item(s) you want replaced. Be sure and get the use by date written on the back label and the unopened product lid in your shot.

  2. Visit AlgaeBarn Claims form your phone, tablet, or computer and submit the form to us.

  3. Go enjoy your fish tank while we review your claim.
