How are PodPoints Calculated?

Great question!

For most products available on AlgaeBarn.com, podpoints are calculated as follows:
  1. Each dollar spent on our website is equal to 1 point
  2. Each point is worth ten cents  (.10)

However, Certain Products are calculated slightly differently.
For CADE Aquariums (and potentially, products sold on-site in the future) the points are:

  1. Each dollar spent on our website is equal to 1 point
  2. Each point is worth one cent (.01)

While we appreciate the love for our podpoints program, we cannot offer .10 per dollar on Aquariums at this time.

Please check back often, as our policies will be updated as needed!
